#13My girls and I came for my 31st birthday and had a great time. It's a little hard to find a 21+ only club/lounge that has the vibe we were looking for this particular night.
We choose VIP and made reservations earlier in the week and were not disappointed.
Our server was amazing and the manager checked on us several times throughout the evening. The DJ spun well, but wasn't keen on requests.
The music was hot all night and the age range was nice despite the teen-admission allowance.
The bouncers were at the curtain most of the evening to the curtained VIP area and even helped with our transportation at the end of the night.
I think Kinki IS trying to make a move towards a higher caliber of clientele, so keep in mind that if you act with class you are more likely to be treated with class.
My other thought is, so many people post "there are SO many other clubs......" or "There are WAY classier..." Where pray tell? I understand a plug for another club may not be taken well on a review one, but try it in a separate post, if that gets erased, here's a crazy idea.... post a POSITIVE review of a POSITIVE experience. #10this club is a joke. It appears if you reserve a table and/or vip, every one in the club is having drinks on you. by the end of the night i had six tabs amounting to 800 dollars. I had a bottle of goose and six beers. and the best part is.. they wouldnt even show me the reciepts.... hahaha jokers. I travel with and manage a fairly popular recording artist, when it comes to night clubs we see the best of the best. kinkys is the worst of the worst

#9they serve to underage kids...tell them to wash off their x's so that they can do this....they will be on TV soon though when I turm them in to every station in the DFW area

#7Don't take the good reviews seriously. Kinki pays some people to right nice stuff. I have been there. Very cheap and low class night club. I you don't have herpes yet don't go in there.

#6The most ridiculous place in Dallas. I am 28 years old and have been partying for many years but never seen anything as boring and unorganized as Kinki. My girlfriend was turning 23 and she wanted to throw a nice party. I talked to Kinki's general manager Kim AND manager Pedram a month in advance to book the stage (my girlfriend's favorite space in clubs) for October 16th with three bottles for our guests. I called them two times to confirm the space including the event night a few hours before our arrival. We got a limousine and invited 25 people from which 6 of them flew from different states to Dallas. We got there at 12:20 and the manager said we are so so so so sorry. My general manager Kim gave the stage to some of his friends that came to the club tonight, and he offered me an awful table instead of the stage which was the only reason we came to Kinki. When I talked to Kim, his excuse was that you guys came late and some people asked for the stage. Make sure to be ready for bad surprises when you go in there.
By the way I encountered quite a few people who claimed that they got herpes from the crowed at Kinki. Make sure you pay attention who you are dancing with.

#5This place sucks. dont go there unless ur getting vip or table.. or have about 20 girls with you... the drinks are expensive and terrible.. the bouncers are rude and trouble.. everytime i went there was fight . finally i decided to never step foot in that place.. its not a business its a boxing match. its run by thugs... Not classy.. it looks nice only because they hire people so the crowd looks bigger... im telling you this place is not worth it especially since theres a lot of place in that same area that are too good to pass up..

#4A very great place to have a good time. The music is good its not huge but enough room to dance. Its a dress to impress and I love it!
