a legitimate presentation of dallas rush hour traffic via 3 of the busiest freeways in dallas county i-35e, i-635, and us-75 . no accidents are present in this video , which makes this a good and perhaps perfect example of dallas traffic during the ladder rush hour peaks friday afternoon . video shows the 2nd busiest work day = friday of the week for congested roadways in the metroplex . thursday is actually the most congested day of the week. along the way i will present according data in relation to the specific roads ways, aadt, and travel times non peak to peak formula known as TCI = rush hour traffic relations per mile , and CSI= most congested specific direction relations per mile . so 1.0 = normal . 1.5 would mean if it takes 5 mins to travel during non peak . 7-8 mins travel times during peak hour will be expected. or 2.0 twice as long. disclaimer . this may or may not show the legitimate amount of traffic for dallas . video was recorded slightly after peak hours , and not on the busiest day for traffic congestion.
