#8This "club" has the worse customer service I have ever encountered! I had a celebration held there recently, not only did I have guest confirmed and spent hundreds on bottle service and yet extremely unsatisfied that we left. I don't agree with their policy on dress code that tends to bend if the club goers look like someone who walked off the set of "jersey shores â. I literally was amazed at the door men that pretty much made my guest and my guest list feel like it had no purpose if they didn't follow the dress code on their website. Not allowing 2 of my guest in due to their footwear (mind you they were on my guest list), when inside the club there were men with converse and sketchers?! Really?!. Their website what a joke, they offer party packages online and then when calling the establishment there's no such package. The music is repetitive and lacks variety. After speaking to the so called "managementâ pointed out that they need to update their website and I would definitely voice my opinion on every site possible. Why should a consumer spend the money if they didnât deliver the customer service?!

#7This is an average club. Drink prices are too high in my opinion, or maybe the bar tenders are just ripping people off. If you are going to charge $10 for a Jack and Coke, at least make it half way decent and add a little bit more liquor. Its just another spot that will become ghetto as soon as the high school kids learn more about it and then it will get sold just like Blue did. I'd go back, but im coming loaded before coming here....im not gonna give these rip off bartenders aonther dime.

#6What exactly does "A-List" only mean? Does that mean if someone is refused entry, they're not an "A-List" individual? Wow, there's an amount of discretion that will surely leave someone to feeling like they had a good time.
Oh wait, by A-List you mean the complete adolescent baffoons they invited for the opening? The crowd of inspiring 30-thousand a year millionaires and Tila Tequila super tanned incompetents? Who's only extent in performance was limited to our latest batch of societal faux pas -- the reality show?
For the most part, Dallas-based ultra lounges are sad. They come, hang around for 6 months to a year or so, bottom out due to the crowd moving on than shut down. This one will be no exception due to the cold and callous attitude of the servers, bartenders and partners.
Good times and good people? Good luck, go to a pub with people you know. Or some of the great down to earth bars located in lower Greenville.
Sure fire deathblow of any ultra lounge "we're just like Las Vegas!". What? Since when did Las Vegas become the de facto standard of the modern day disco? For god sakes travel internationally sometime. But too late, you've made the claim. You're not Ghost bar, not that they are any better -- but they are a tourist attraction so they THRIVE. Go buy an expensive drink, buy a shirt "I went to Ghost Bar and all I got was this lousy t-shirt".
And the whole "Hot ass girls" comment. Have fun with that, they certainly aren't pretentious or obnoxious in this atmosphere. I mean, the whole point of this establishment is ultimately crafted to make un-important nobodies feel like somebody, but in the tackiest way imaginable.
